Head is wobbly, how do i fix it?

I have a Maverick Taktic 3 head and an older STX Zirconium shaft. The head is super wobbly and i can’t tighten the screws any more to make it stable. What should i do? I would prefer to keep the stick it’s my brothers old one and he’s the one who got me into the sport
